The price is updated regularly. However, you can still check with the Product Sourcing team.

I want to change the shipping address in the checkout page.
If you purchase the product for the second and the subsequent times, the shipping address will auto-populate on the “checkout” page. To change the shipping address, please click on “Edit” and update the new shipping address.
How long will it take to deliver a product?
Depending on the product, the delivery will take up to 30 Days. You can also see the expected delivery time on the product detail page.
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order please follow these steps:
Go to a My Orders page. Click on “Fulfilment” Use the Search box or available filters to find your order

You can manage and track your order from the My Orders page.
How can I purchase a product?
To purchase a product, you need to select the product from the catalog, add the product to the cart, enter shipping and billing details, and complete the checkout process.

How can I check the status of the sourcing request?
You will find the status of your request in Sourcing Requests.
How long will it take to receive a response once I raise a sourcing request?
Once the sourcing request has been accepted, it can take from 2 to 10 working days for the Supplier to share the quote depending on the type of product/service.
How does the Digital Sourcing request work?
Once you raise a Digital Sourcing request, the Supplier will either accept or reject it depending on whether they can fulfil your request. You will receive notification respectively.
If the Supplier accepts the request, you will receive a quote. You then need to accept the quote and proceed with the purchase.What is a Digital Sourcing Request?
The users can request for a product from a Digital Sourcing request page if they don't find the product in the catalogue available in the marketplace.

This error may occur when the user purchases the product and the checkout page doesn’t load and is empty. If such happens, please try to refresh the page. You can also raise this issue to vfgroupfunc.mailboxmarketplace@vodafone.com.
